Kasia Kay, Beach Days (2024), Giclee print on premium archival paper, 20 x 16 in. (40.6 x 50.8 cm), Ed. of 5 + 1 AP.
In my Beach Days photographic series, the body unfolds as a surreal landscape, while the landscape becomes bodily—an extension of human perception, proof of existence, and imprint. The images explore the human body and condition in the context of a narrative that transcends time and experience, connecting fleeting moments between past, present, and future. They present the body not as a fixed entity but as a possibility for transformation.
